APPEAL BY PARENTS FOR THEIR DAUGHTER “BABY. DEVASHREE TUSHAR KALE” FOR HER TREATMENT, SHE IS SUFFERING FROM “RETINOBLASTOMA”.
My Daughter Baby. Devashree Kale, is just 10 month Girl and she is diagnosed with “RETINOBLASTOMA” which is a type of Eye cancer and has to undergo “Chemotherapy and Enucleation” and require supportive treatment on Cancer, I (Devashree’s father) am working as a Vendor I am the only earning member supporting the family. I am worried about my Daughter’s critical illness, Currently Devashree is under treatment at Bharati Hospital, Pune
Cancer Control Mission Commitment for the treatment expense is 5, 00,000 /-. (Five Lac only).
Mr. Kale (Father of Devashree) is working as vendor and her mother is house wife. he is the only earning member in the family consisting of 5 members and has no support from anywhere else and no other source of income. In such a critical situation it is difficult for him to bear the expense of his daughter’s treatment.

No F-40856/Mumbai/2009. All donation to Cancer Control Mission are exempted from tax under section 80-G of Income Tax act
The treatment will prolong for more than 6 Month.
