Panther is a 30 day old female Indian puppy. She was found outside our residence with visibly injured legs. We consulted the districts chief government Veterinary surgeon and learnt that she she had multiple broken bone requiring immediate surgery that would cost about 10000 Rupees. We cannot afford this sum and thus turn to you for help.
