To celebrate children's day, BALAKALAKAAR is organized on 17th November 2019 at Nehru Planetarium area of Rose Garden.

The event is open to both privileged and underprivileged students.

The primary motive of the event is to bring in the life of underprivileged children a day of joy and also to spark a feeling of equality in both privileged and underprivileged children by bringing them on the same platform for an art competition.
