My brother   Deepak Patil 39 years old has problem of valve damage in his heart since Last 20 years but due our financial condition we unable to do his operations ,now his problem took serious turn because of damged valve his heart get affected now his 💓 is working only 15-20%...now doctor  Hiremath from Rubby hospital Pune has given last option  of his heart transplant which cost approximately 25-26 lacks
