My daughter Deborah Samuel aged 20 was diagnosed with meningoencephalitis in February 2021 and has been hospitalized ever since. Her condition deteriorated and in the process she lost her vision in both eyes.

She is a 3rd year medical student, studying in Kharkiev Medical College, Ukraine. Our family's financial situation is such that we had taken study loan to send her abroad for her studies and she has to start repaying after her studies.

I am a pastor and due to ongoing pandemic, I have not been getting an income since March 2020.

With great difficulty, we managed to brng her to India, in the midst of covid restrictions. The doctors have suggested various investigations and medications which could get the vision restored to great extent and have estimated the cost of treatment could be between 6 to 7 lakhs.
