"Every child comes with the message that God is not yet discouraged of man". -Rabindranath Tagore
  • Who are we?
We are a family of 225 volunteers committed to transforming the lives of children by giving them educational aid. It all started from a small thought that a note of INR 100 can bring in 100 changes in the life of a kid. It did happen as we believed.
In 16 months, we have ensured 11 children continue their education without traumas and 10 children get back to school after dropping out for a year.

  • How do we work?
We function with a monthly recurring donation of minimum INR 100 from our huge support systems.

  • Whom do we support?
Though we get a number of requests, we are able to process only a few of them; which highlights that we need more support. We extend our support based on the interaction of our dedicated volunteer with the beneficiary’s school authority and parents. We always make sure that our support reaches the most affected.

  • What have we done during the COVID lockdown period?
291 families have been supported at Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh with groceries during this tough time.

  • What’s next?
Corona has terribly affected the lives of so many daily wage workers. Having a meal per day itself seems to be like a luxury for many. At this point, we are planning to extend our support to our fellow humans, which is our responsibility!
There are two settlements in Bangalore, one is bigger and the other is a smaller camp. We look forward to taking up our next challenge of supporting the Rohingya Refugee settlements in Bangalore.

  • Phase I:  We will be extending our support to provide groceries and basic needs for 24 families of 100 people comprising of around 32 women, 35 children under the age of ten, and 5 babies living in Hedge Nagar camp.

  • Phase II: Supports for 78 families comprising of 246 people will be contributed in means of food provision. (more updates will be made on Phase II)

We look forward to your immense support in making the lives of those people a hunger-free one!
