A few days before lockdown, about 11 families from Pakistan who came on religious/pilgrim visa to India are stuck in Gujarat, owing to the global pandemic and nationwide lockdown. There are 52 persons in total. They don't have any resources with them to survive. In this trying situation they need our help and support to remain safe and healthy. Please donate to the cause.
When they reached Ahmedabad they made their first attendence at Naroda Police Chawki and submitted their original passports there. Their LTV (long term visa) is under process under the supervision of the Honorable Commissioner, Ahmedabad Shahi Bagh.
As the lockdown extends and the cases of Corona rise to a bigger number these helpless poor feel more and more distressed. Through this campaign we are looking forward to raising funds and providing them with some essential raw materials such as Flour, Rice, Dal, Cooking oil, Sugar, Some spices, Milk powder, Vegetables and other some materials.
After lock down govt has permit to reopen all resources of income but there is no sustain availbilty. as they mostly belong to garments sector the all garments wholseller are not able to order for new goods.
They are worried for house rent beacause they are all belong to poor families they dont have much money to pay. three months pending rent and the land lord is not coopret with them for just one day`s rent.
