Creative Group is working in the area of Rural healthcare since last 19 years as a charitable trust wide PTR no. F/9123/Thane. After a struggle of long twelve years Creative Group has achieved aim of first secondary level health care facility named Shree Mahaganapti Hospital. This hospital catering services to residents of Titwala and surrounding 68 villages.

Creative group has made this facility available in the year 2012 and till date could save lives of many people in emergencies. Hospital is helping many poor and needy patients. We also conduct health check up camps in rural sector specifically in Adiwasi padas on regular basis

At the moment hospital is in a process to purchase portable X ray machine costing Rs.3,25,000/-. This will help patients who are suffering from ortho injuries and admitted at hospital.

We need to generate consistent support to develop rural health care.
