We are procuring oxygen cylinders for the rural population of Saharanpur district. The rural communities are even struggling to get access to oxygen cylinders in the district. Everyday thousands of patients are coming to hospital who are in need of oxygen but due to the acute shortage of the oxygen cylinders, they die sitting outside the hospital waiting for help.  
We are trying to set up oxygen cylinder stations in various parts of the rural areas of the district, to help people survive. 
To address this issue we are planning to procure 30 oxygen cylinders. one oxygen cylinder will cost us around Rs.15,000, in total we would require Rs. 450,000 to procure cylinders. Refilling charges would be 400 hundred per cylinders (cost varies as per the cylinder capacity).
