The world is dealing with an unprecedented crisis in the form of Covid-19. The recent second wave has struck India hard, causing grave pressure on the public health infrastructure. Our loved ones are in dire need of support.
COPE-WITH COVID is a small initiative to help India breathe again. This is a 100% non-profit charitable initiative. Our goal is to raise INR 10,00,000 through innovative campaigns, and the proceeds will be used for procuring medicines and other medical resources, which will go to hospitals and Covid Care Centres in tier 2 & 3 cities.
The next few days are particularly crucial in saving the lives of our people, therefore we request everyone to come together and help our country survive the pandemic.To be able to accomplish this objective, we intend to reach out to the youth of our country. When systems fail, it is the youth of the country who has to come forward and shoulder their responsibilities.
In addition to this, we also realize how Covid -19 pandemic has caused a serious dent in the holistic development of our younger generation. They have forgotten how it used to be in the pre-pandemic world. This is causing a serious consequence on their cognitive growth, creative mindset, and ability to form loving relationships in the community.
We, through Cope-with Covid Initiative, intend to conduct skill based online workshops by Professionals on various topics to build emotional intelligence, creative skills, professional skills, life skills and ICT skills among children, adolescents and youth. We wish to partner with academic institutions and NGO's to maximise participation.
In order to make this initiative successful and make India breathe again, let’s collaborate and support each other.
