Our Mission
We believe that every individual can be the cause of change. We want to create a pool of role models in every community, who can motivate the upcoming generation.

What was the motivation to start the project?
In one of the classes, the kids were asked to draw "what do they want to become in life?". Many came up with very ambitious roles like doctors, engineers, pilots, and whatnot. But many didn't know how to reach there. We knew that my kids in my classroom were still very young to see the path that leads to their goals but realized that the community they belong to doesn't have such role models that can fuel their willingness to reach their ambition. We always wanted to have a space where my students had a lot of role models who could fire up their will to achieve the things that looked impossible for them. Thus we want the young generation to be guiding stars for others.
