I would like to invite you to a social interest fundraiser.
Looking for sponsors for the 40+ dogs I have been feeding for 8years in the Nabanna bus terminus located adjacent to the West Bengal State Secretariat, Nabanna, West Bengal.These stray dogs are suffering a lot due to lack of nutrition and food.These dogs have continued to suffer as they have not been receiving a place to live or a forever home. Many have been crushed under the wheel of speeding buses and cars due to negligent drivers. In this fund raiser the only one benefited would be the community dogs and abandoned dogs. It has become difficult to manage feeding so many dogs just by my own salary with the continuous rise of market price of commodities and cooking gas cylinder. Roughly the extra expense incurred due to the hike for feeding one dog at an average stands to Rs. 200/- per month. So the extra cost for feeding 40 dogs in a year is Rs.96000/- and the extra cost of cylinders required is say Rs.4000/- in a year. So the total requirement adds up to Rs.1,00,000/- per year provided the market condition remains the same. It has become difficult to manage feeding so many dogs just by my own salary. I would really appreciate if you all donate and help me to keep feeding these 40+ dogs .
