My name is Chandan Kumar Mohanty and I am here to raise funds for my brother Chumban Kumar Mohanty who is 29 years old. Chumban lives in Jajpur, Odisha with me & our parents.

Chumban is suffering from Liver Cirrhosis and Wilson's disease for the past few months.

He is currently admitted and receiving medication at a private, multispeciality hospital. Until now, we have spent about Rs.6 lakh. We have arranged the amount from savings.
