My name is Pradyut Kumar Das and I am here to raise funds for my paternal uncle Chittaranjan Das who is 70 years old. Chittaranjan Das lives in Odisha with his son and wife. 

Chittaranjan Das is suffering from Heart and Kidney failure from few weeks. He is currently admitted and receiving ICU Care at District Head Quarter Hospitals, Baleshwar, Odisha.

Till now, they have spent about Rs. 10,000.They have managed to arrange the amount from their savings and from relatives.
