You won’t believe the kind of children we are trying to help. They are the children of the daily laborers. They send their children to school, just because they will get mid-day meal there. Now that there is a lockdown, the schools are closed, these children will most probably go to bed either empty stomach or just by drinking water. So we are trying to arrange for some food for them during this time. We work in the remotest part of India in a place called Purulia in West Bengal. The area is not like Mumbai or Delhi, this is one of the remotest parts of India and unlike the metro cities, there is no one to help these children. If we can not get enough help, they will most probably die of hunger in the coming days. You can send us even Rs. 50, which can feed couple of children for a day. We have no major demand.”
