My name is Pritali Jadhav and I am here to raise funds for my husband Chetan Jadhav who is 42 years old. He lives in Pune, Maharashtra with me.

He is suffering from Paralysis & brain stroke since Dec 2016(3 yrs). This incident happened while he was giving his best performance in Table Tennis matches for zonal selections. He has gone through 2 brain surgeries in 2016-2017 where his right side scalp part was removed and fixed again. Now the scalp part is misplaced 3cm outward due to fluid pressure in his head.The screws which fixed the part are now floating in his head. To fix this and to save his part of brain which is currently functional doctors have suggested these surgeries.

He is yet to start receiving treatment & Surgery (VP Shunt & Cranioplasty/ Duroplasty) in Jehangir Hospital.
