I am a part-time house maid and the only bread-earner of my family. I earn only about INR 7,000 per month. I have been abandoned by my husband and currently live with my 3 children, aged 20 (Chandni), 15 and 8 years old in Mumbai.
Chandni has been battling Tuberculosis (TB) and Jaundice over the last 6 months and despite recovery from TB, the situation has reached liver failure. We have exhausted every rupee of ours for these treatments last year and have nothing left.
The life-saving liver transplant for my daughter costs approximately INR 30,00,000 (pre-transplant advanced clinical management in ICU, transplant and donor pre-op costs). I will be donating my liver to save my daughter, but I need your help to raise the money.
Any amount you feel you can share to save her will be helpful. My family and I will be highly obliged and grateful. Please also share this to everyone you can, every rupee will help save her life. The money will go directly to the hospital for this transplant.
P.S - Chandni is and always has been a very good student, fluent in English too with a bright future ahead. She has always been and is currently supported for her education by education-focused NGOs (Angel Xpress & Udayan Care) who selected her based on merit. These 2 NGOs helped us with raising funds (INR 1,00,000) for the Lakeview Hospital (Bandra, Mumbai) expenses. She is currently at the ICU at Lakeview and needs to be transferred to Global Hospital for pre-operation treatments and prep.
80-G tax benefit receipts will also be available to those who require it. Please please please contribute to save a life.
