School Bell Campaign is initiated by Campus 2 Community a Project of TSS Trust to revive the government schools by painting the walls of the schools, providing necessary lab and other equipment like sports and first aid kits, creating a better infrastructure in the form of hygienic toilets and drinking water facility, and a lot more.School Bell Campaign aims at reducing the gap between the urban and the rural education system which would tangle permanently if the schools shut down. It also works to create a responsible compendium of volunteers, alumnus, local bodies, and village community to increase the enrollment ratio in the government schools.

‘School Bell Campaign’ the need of this hour? Over 28,847 out of 54,529 schools in Karnataka are on the verge of a shutdown because of poor implementation and lack of responsible teachers. But the futuristic consequences of the same are not being apprehended. A significant bulk of the Indian population would be deprived of Basic Primary Education which has propounded by Mahatma Gandhi since years. Also, this would create a set of unskilled and uneducated people who would not be productive for the nation, thereby burdening the system. This vicious cycle will gradually complicate to a level that India will have the highest number of uneducated and unemployed people.
