Dear Donors,
I am writing this letter to you in absolute desperation for support. My friend's(Rajshekar Butti) son Butti Vihansh is diagnosed with
->Moderate to high grade fever from last 5 days
->AIHA with Severe Metabolic Acidosis
->Age with severe dehydration.
->Hypo tension on Mechanical Ventilation.
Vihansh was diagnosed at Star Hospital at Karimnagar, in view of worsening the symptoms, he was transferred to Rainbow Children's Hospital, Karkhana, Secundrabad on 24-01-2022.
A father's first thing that comes to the mind is to save his child and then he thinks about the Expense, so did Rajshekar did without a second thought he rushed his son to the best hospital and upon arrival he was given an estimate of 20,00,000/ for the cost of treatment for 8-10 days and it may further increase based on the extended stay in the hospital.
Rajshekar is not able to raise the money to meet this medical expense and therefore we are requesting for your help to save his son's life. We would greatly appreciate if you help us to save the life of Vihansh. We request you to support us by donating the money before {Date}. Hello All, The kids condition has worsened further, due to seizures that happened while doing the plasma transfusion he is again put on ventilator. The. expected stay and the estimated cost is going beyond the imagination and affordability of his parents . I sincerely request everyone to tap all the possible options and contribute for the child's treatment..His present status 1) Blood is only sufficient enough at 8 . 2)BP is very high 3) On Ventilator 4) Dialysis is on....

Little Vihansh is making some progress with his health
At present he is out of Ventilator and brought on Bi-PAP. He had a seizure last night due to some swelling in the brain which is being treated by giving Mannitol high dose injections. Due to continuous induce of catheter for Dailysis and for Urine outlet he developed some infection and currently the treatment is going on..
Present treatment going on
1) For swelling in the Brain , Manitol injections are being given.
2) For infections caused by catheter.
Good News
1) Kidney is functioning normally from last 7 days
2) Blood is now normal.
Thank you for all the contributions made so far, but still the fight for life is going on for Vihansh. Now also the doctors are not sure for how long the treatment should be given and the kid will see a normal life .
I request everyone to keep little Vihansh in your prayers and help his father with all kind of possible monetary contributions.
The bill so far has gone upto 18lakhs and it will still go further and double up.
Plese help Vihansh by all means.
Update as on 5th March
His blood and Kidney is now stable
but due to seizure happened during the plasma transfusion the kid is almost brain dead and is less or not responding not moving. The treatment and the bill amount is almost running to indefinite.
Sincere request to everyone to help his father and his family morally and monetarily as much as possible....
Update as on 11th March
Vihansh undergoing icu treatment for 40days i.e.., initiatially steriods,IV IG , Dialysis and Plasmapherisis around 28days of ICU.
While under going the treatment VIHANSH has went on seizures and cardiac arrest which he has overcome but mean while his neurological problem has arised.
which is taking longer period, he is unconscious, nostril feeding and medication going on. Plese keep him in your prayers and help Vihansh's father by all means.
