I am Achyuth Rao and I am here to raise funds for my Uncle Bolleni Srinivas Rao who is 39 years old and is hospitalized. He is in very critical state. He is admitted to Nizam's Institute Of Medical Sciences, Panjagutta on March 26th.

My Uncle is a farmer in our village Gandrapally which is in Jammikunta mandal, Telangana. He has one son and daughter aged 14 and 11. They are from lower middle class family, They have exhausted all our savings over the past 5 days for his critical care and medical expenses and the cost of the treatment would be around 6 lakhs.

This current situation is a nightmare for Them , during these difficult times though they are supported by extended families,  it is falling short financially and I am reaching out to you for financial support to help save my uncle's life. Any little contribution that you can make and support us at this crucial time is going to be deeply appreciated and I will be eternally thankful.
