This fund-raising request is for Biranchi Narayana Patnaik from a small town Nayagarh District which is about 90kms from Bhubhaneshwar, Orissa.

Biranchi is the sole bread-winner of the family is about 52years old. His family consists of his old father who’s around 80years old, homemaker wife & 2 school going children.

Biranchi worked as a Gas-stove mechanic for livelihood & as part of his work he went on a home-visit in Nayagarh. Due to a gas leak from the cylinder he met with an accident as a result of which he got burnt completely on his face & body(as seen in the picture above). He has been admitted to Sum Hospital in Bhubaneswar.

As part of the treatment he needs to undergo plastic surgery for rehabilitation after his skin heals a little bit. The estimated medical cost for the same is around Rs.5lakhs. We are hereby requesting you the kind hearted philanthropist to support us with whatever little possible to help Biranchi regain his self-worth, confidence & also support the family members who were completely unprepared for such an eventuality & who were completely dependent on him.
