Hi, my name is Sunil, I am here to start a fundraiser for my cousin Bimalendu Dash  Age 49  S/O Lalita Mohan Dash from Gopalpur Sashan, Panchayat Gopalpur staying at our village since childhood, completed his Diploma in Electrical and running a small Grocery shop at our village Gopalpur Shasan.
His life was running smoothly with Grocery shop and small trading at our village never aspired to go out of state for the sake of earning more as he has to take care of his old father 83 years old who is staying with him in the same house with a wife and two children. As he is the single earning person in the family had faced lots of financial difficulties for 10 years.
Now For two years, he is suffering from Cronic Liver Disease with Decompensation in the form of ascites, hepatic encephalopathy, because of this disease he has exhausted all his savings and gold in treatment with different specialized hospitals like SUM, Hightech at Bhubaneswar.
Now Dr. Suggested going for Liver Transplant in specialized hospitals at Yashoda Hospital, Hyderabad.
else he will be guest for a few months on this earth and now he is clueless how his dependents will survive without him? The Liver Transplant will cost him 30 to 35 Lakhs, which is huge money for a poor person like him and beyond his affordable capacity.
