Bihan is only 1 year and six months old. He is a Resident of Deomali in Arunachal Pradesh and both his parents, Dani Thapa and Babita Thapa are laborers.

Unfortunately, he is been sick since he was born. He is suffering from a terrible disease named Hydrocele (Painful Enlargement of the scrotum).

He is in complete pain. His parents have referred his case in the Community Health Centre Deomali, but the doctor prescribed  his case to Assam immediately and said, " Zyada Time lagane se Baccha ka bach pana Mushkil hai "

His parents are helpless and they are seeking to help from H.O.P.E. Foundation for donation collection in cash for the child treatment. As per the doctor, they will require a lakh and twenty thousand.
