Hi, I am Shalu Rawal I am reaching out to all of you to help me in saving my father "Bhopal Singh" 46 years of age.
All of this started almost two years ago when one day we received a call from my father's office informing us that he has been vomiting since morning and fainted in the office. His office colleagues rushed him to the hospital. There we have been told that my father's kidneys have severely deteriorated. Our life has been turned upside down since then.
Initially, it was more of an emotional turmoil for our family. The doctors recommended that he should be put on dialysis 3 days a week. We went ahead with the treatment. That treatment was expensive and it went on for almost 4 months, we thought everything will become normal and he will be healthy again. But after 4 months he had developed gangrene on his left foot; owing to which he had to leave his job he was the sole bread earner of my family. Since then the tole becomes more than emotional; It started drenching us emotionally, financially, mentally, and physically.
In the past two years, the situation has gone further downhill and we have seen a lot; from his gangrene developing severe and living us with no other choice than to arrange surgery to amputate part of his left foot to our whole family been infected by the Covid-19 pandemic virus. As an aftermath of the Covid-19, he has to go through dialysis every day.
The severity has not stopped till now, due to the low blood flow in his legs, he has again developed serious gangrene in both heels. The doctors had amputated part of his heel now to avoid gangrene to spread further and infect his full body despite that it is still spreading and eating up his whole feet which may result in cutting his legs. The doctor has advised him to undergo vascularisation to improve blood flow in his legs. The treatment again is too expensive and this time we are out of money as we have exhausted all of our family savings in his treatment over the past two years. I don't know how can I help him this time, I want him to survive and see him healthy. I am reaching out to all of you to help me, please help me in saving my father.
यह सब लगभग दो साल पहले शुरू हुआ था जब एक दिन हमें मेरे पिता के office से एक फोन आया जिसमें उन्होंने बताया कि वह सुबह से ही उल्टी कर रहे हैं और office में बेहोश हो गए हैं। उनके office के लोगों ने उन्हें अस्पताल पहुंचाया। वहां हमें बताया गया है कि मेरे पिता की किडनी बुरी तरह से खराब हो गई है।
शुरू में, यह हमारे परिवार के लिए एक भावनात्मक उथल-पुथल थी। डॉक्टरों ने सलाह दी कि उन्हें सप्ताह में 3 दिन डायलिसिस पर रखा जाए। हम डॉक्टरों की सलाह के साथ आगे बढ़े। वह इलाज काफी महंगा था और लगभग 4 महीने तक चला, हमने सोचा कि सब कुछ ठीक हो जाएगा और वह फिर से स्वस्थ हो जायेगे। लेकिन 4 महीने बाद उनके बाएं (Left) पैर में गैंग्रीन हो गया जिसके कारण उन्हें अपनी नौकरी छोड़नी पड़ी वह मेरे परिवार के एकमात्र कमाने वाले व्यक्ति थे। तब से हम सब और टूटने लगे। यह सब हमें आर्थिक, मानसिक और शारीरिक रूप से effect करने लगा।
पिछले दो वर्षों में, स्थिति और भी खराब हो गई है और हमने बहुत कुछ देखा है। गैंग्रीन और गंभीर रूप से विकसित हो रहा था और उसके बाएं पैर के अंग को अलग करने के लिए सर्जरी की व्यवस्था करने के अलावा और कोई विकल्प नहीं है। कोविद -19 के बाद, उन्हें हर दिन डायलिसिस से गुजरना पड़ता है।
गंभीरता अब तक नहीं रुकी है, उसके पैरों में कम रक्त प्रवाह के कारण, उनके फिर से दोनों एड़ी में गंभीर गैंग्रीन विकसित हो गया है। डॉक्टरों ने गैंग्रीन से बचने और उसके पूरे शरीर को संक्रमण से बचने के लिए उसकी एड़ी का हिस्सा अब काट दिया है, इसके बावजूद भी यह अभी भी फैल रहा है और अगर समय रहते इलाज न किया गया तो उनके पैर काटने पड़ सकते हैं। उपचार बहुत महंगा है और इस बार हम पैसे जुटाने में असमर्थ हैं क्योंकि हमने पिछले दो वर्षों में उसके इलाज में अपने परिवार की सभी बचत समाप्त कर दी है। मुझे नहीं पता कि मैं इस समय उसकी मदद कैसे कर सकती हूं, मैं चाहती हूं कि वह जीवित रहे और एक बार फिर स्वस्थ हो जाये। मैं आप सभी की मदद के लिए अनुरोध करती हूं, कृपया मेरे पिता को बचाने में मेरी मदद करें।
