Single Mother Auto Driver needs support our support
Smt. Kolla Bhavani is an auto rickshaw driver from Guntur, AP,married at an young age and blessed with three sons.
Thereafter her husband died due to sudden illness. Faced with responsibility of running family all alone, Lives in a small house, she first took up job in AIDS control project. After working for 9 years, the project ended.
Thereafter she has learnt auto rickshaw (taxi) driving and for last 8 years she has been sustaining herself and family with that income. She has educated one of her sons up to college graduation level.
Another son is studying College Graduate 2nd year in Vijayawada - B.Sc Statistics. So far she has managed to pay the fees of her son's education herself and also with help from couple of voluntary organisations. Hailing from OC (Vysya) community, her sons are not eligible for priority reservations in college admissions,fee concessions, government aid etc.
She also purchased own auto under finance which met with accident left her with heavy losses and decreased her income and expenditure for repairs. Undaunted, she is carrying on with her life. But college fees is proving burdensome for her and has run up arrears in colleges for last year fees.
With some support from social media friends we paid
arrears of Rs. 12,000 for her eldest son and Rs. 14,000 for her younger son.
In addition she needs to meet current year's tuition fees for younger son amounting to Rs. 23,000/- Attached College letters.
Rs: 25,000/- for her Auto Repairs, since she has been riding auto for more than 15 years, she is recently has severe back pains and couldn't work 10 hours like before.
Hence we are sending out this appeal to kindly come forward and help this single mother, Any amount is helpful for Bhavani garu and her family situation.
Attaching, Her Sons College ID, Aadhar, Income certificates all information.
