Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself  Pavan Patil on behalf of my father Mr. Bharatsingh Patil who is suffering from the last stage of Lung Cancer for the past 1 and a half years and also has the left side of his body paralyzed for the past 8 years. we need some help with 10-12 Lacs Rupees. We are a family of 3 members, myself, my mother, and my father. The only earning member of our family was my father who has been diagnosed with Lung Cancer. Ever since the day he has been diagnosed with paralysis and cancer, we have been managing our livelihood from the financial aid given by our relatives and close friends. However, considering the medical expenses it is very difficult for us to even manage our survival. 

My father has undergone chemotherapies but for further course of medical treatment, we are requesting financial help. It would be a great help if you can be compassionate and supportive in helping me and my family in our difficult time. I have attached the supporting documents for your kind reference and perusal.
