In dire need for financial support due to onslaught of COVID-19
INTRODUCTION:
School in place from 2011
Total Students :300 belonging to 7 adopted villages, Kushaliya, Kalugarhi, Sikroda, Kanoja, Babbalgarhi, Nankagarh & Dasna
Transport Arrangement: School owns 02 Buses which are well equipped with CCTVs and GPSs

Dear Associates.
Hope, your family and you are staying safe during the ongoing lock down which is the most preferred way to fight Corona Virus.
As known, during the lock down, the school is closed for now and as such the possibility of getting back to the normalcy in near future appears to be remote, consequently we also find it difficult to keep connect with students, enabling academic pace presently in lurch to move ahead.

In rural area, people are not habituated to remain confined in houses that too during this harvesting season when wheat crop is ready for cutting, they (male and female) are restive with anxiety as to how to come over the never ever thought crisis that too during the ongoing academic session wrapped with untimely closure of schools leaving students squandering time unyieldingly and it is a concern for mothers.
Though parents are innocent and under the conditions, think not to keep connect with their wards on their studies, we wish to hold our responsibility as doubled because our school does not have HOME WORK MODULE for obvious reasons. Under the circumstances to keep academics continuing in the normal pace has been added to our responsibility.
To keep children at their home during Lock Down safely engaged in curricular and extracurricular activities our teaching team has taken steps differently,
Our teachers in their articulative and innovative ways are working hard to keep the academic show going on through school’s WhatsApp Group, FB Page and recently added YOUTUBE Channel.
Let’s start with their parents: Parents are in connect with us through WhatsApp which is more preferred through Voicemails in vernacular language as they are not comfortable in English.
Priority is life: How to fight Corona Virus: Dos and Donts.
DOs: Wash hands frequently with soap water, maintain physical distance, Use of mask- even homemade simple clean cloth masks will do.
DONTs: Do not touch your face, nose, ears, eyes, Do not move out, Do not permit outsiders to come in. Do not mix with others in streets.
Simultaneously our teachers and other staff keep talking with children on the same lines. All the same, in case of need they also call us for any support.
We feel proud while sharing the responsibility we have taken up towards stranded labor families by way of arranging for their food and staying in school campus during lock down on principle- people move not and stay where ever they are. In this regard our Face Book right from day 1 of lock down is well in place and is well received by our friends.
Vice versa: we receive calls from parents and children even students of other schools and thus they feel proud in talking with our teachers/staff.
NB: We are proud to share that our all 07 Villages are safe in full.
"Simple Classes" an online support led by Mr Sumit Shukla and his associates, have offered themselves to support our students through their innovative ways of classes and also guiding and mentoring our teachers on using various online tools for recording and conducting lectures, we extend our gratitude for their superb services.
Under the conditions, Pandemic “Covid19” has paralyzed the social fiber, movement, work, stumbled the capacity of individuals specially the small and marginal farmers, landless farmers, agriculture labour, artisans. In resultant whole human community without work is in trouble and financial crunch.
The capacity of farmers and other community in Village area has started showing symptoms of brokenness since there is no other income in addition to crop production and as a result even to arrange for inputs for Agri is getting stumbled. This village community for agri- inputs and contingent needs depend on bank finance and other unorganized credit dispensers which has got diminished to naught for obvious reasons. The cash with village community has always been only to the extent they sell the agri produce which now with no work and no new crop, the liquidity is facing crunch.
In rural area the tuition fee is never in advance but pending for average 06 months, being paid on the arrival of crops which is now stumbled due to the outbreak of COVID 19 followed by Lock down imposed by the Government.
In the light of the above facts and circumstances, we with earnest hope approach you to extend your financial support to the school and human community around.
A part of donation from you would be appropriated to the payment of salary to teaching and non-teaching staff for the month of March 2020 which we have made in cash and in their accounts from other short term borrowings, so that the commitment of school to pay salary in time is maintained.
However, your preference to use of your donation will be taken into account which you please do let us know and also if in more than one purpose.
Little little support from you at this point of time will go a long way in keeping school operative and we shall meet social obligations on your behalf to fight COVID 19.
