My name is Shankar and I am raising funds for Balamurali BR who is suffering from Heart and kidney problem need Open Heart Surgery for Aortic Valve Replacement - AVR and Coronary Artery Bypass Graft - CABG along with CKD-5 (Chronic Kidney Disease Grade-5), undergoing dialysis continuously since 16 months, transplant being planned and is undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road.

The treatment is costing us Rs. 15 to 18 lakhs and he need funds to continue the treatment and save his life.
