Every child of a lower middle class family has a dream of fulfilling the needs of their parents and give all the comfort they have compromised while their upbringing. Balaji Shashikant Jambhale also has such a dream and he worked really hard to achieve his targets and became a successful Mechanical Engineer.

He managed all the struggle came across his way and completed his engineering untill he was diagnosed by Chronic Kidney Disease stage V-D and now is awaiting for his kidney transplant.

All his struggle and dreams have come to a standstill unless he gets his transplant done. Since August 2018 he has gone under several surgeries and Chemotherapy's spending a decent amount of money managed through his savings and with the help of Family and friends. Now finally he is in a stage where the transplant can be done and his mother aged 47yrs old is the donor. His Annual Family Income is only 40,000/- and he is not at all in a situation to manage the amount of his treatment. A family of 5 is going through tough days in order to get their young son treated.
