My name is Uma Shankar and I am here to raise funds for my relative Bagayalakshmi who is 52 years old. Bagayalakshmi lives in Madhugiri, Karnataka with her parents. Bagayalakshmi is been Diagnosed with Kidney failure from 8 Years.
