My name is Chakrapani and I am here to fundraise for my 7 month old daughter Baby Rishika. She is diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease and the only treatment available for her is a Liver Transplant Surgery. She is presently admitted in Rainbow Children's Hospital for  the same. The total estimated package for the liver transplant surgery is Rs. 18 lacs.

I am coming from a middle glass background and I am in no position to arrange such a a huge amount in such short notice. I appeal to all my friends and family to come forward and support my child.
