My name is Das. I am here to raise funds for my 6 months old daughter Baby of Sidhika Das. She has diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease and the only treatment for her is Liver Transplant Surgery. She is admitted in Rainbow Children's Hospitals for the same and the estimated package for the treatment is Rs. 18 lacs.
