My name is Shruti Sakalkale and I am here to raise funds for my Baby of Shruti who is 25 days old. I'm a housewife. The baby lives in Hyderabad, Telangana with us.
The baby is suffering from respiratory distress syndrome/Preterm baby/extremely low birth weight for the past few days. He is currently admitted and receiving NICU Care at Suraksha Children's Hospital, Hyderabad, Telangana.
