My name is Gundappa Katake and I am here to raise funds for my son baby of Nitisha who is 1 day old. baby of Nitisha lives in Kalaburagi, Karnataka with us. He is suffering from Premature Birth from the past few days.
He is currently admitted and receiving NICU Care in a private hospital, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Until now, we've spent about Rs. 80,000.
