This is to state that Mrs. Mamatha aged about 25 years Female, W/o H S Mahesh, Ponnampet, Kodagu.
has been admitted in this hospital on 3rd May 2019 in ICU with the History of 8 month gestation with server pre - eclampsia. Emergency LSCS was done and delivered a live Female BABY on 06/05/2019 at 11:12am. Baby did not cry immediately after birth. Resuscitation done and cried at 2min subsequently shifted to NICU ( Pre Term Baby) during NICU stay baby has complications arising out of pre maturity sepsis and cerebral Abscess, Patent Foramen Ovale for which baby requires continuous NICU care and IV Antibiotics for further 8 weeks
presently mother is stable and baby is in NICU.
The BABY needs further NICU Care.
has the parents are farmers they can't afford this much amount so we kindly request you to generously donate the fund and do the needful
