My name is Shoukath Hussain and I am here to raise funds for my uncle Azmathulla who is 60 years old.Azmathulla  lives in Hyderabad, with his spouse & children.

Azmathulla is suffering from Coronary heart disease from the few months. He is currently admitted and receiving Medical treatment  at Sunshine Hospital.
