My mother, Rizwana Shireen, is suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis. She has been on the bed in severe pain and sleepless nights from 6 months now. My parents are residing in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand where there is no Rheumatologist. We have been struggling to find a doctor since long now.
We came to Chennai to Shri Ramachandra Hospital. The doctor prescribed an injection which alone costs 75,000 INR. Apart from that the tests are costing 23,000 INR. She will also need to take some medicines which will yet add to the expense.
My parents are struggling to meet ends and now we have such expenses . Because of the financial crisis my mother is in pain for 6 months.
