My name is Amitesh and I am here to raise funds for Mr. Awdhesh Burnwal. He is suffering from throat cancer for the past few months. Doctors have detected throat cancer(supporting documents attached ) and he has to go for further medication. He is receiving treatment at Tata Medical Centre. He is economically too poor to carry on the treatment.
