My name is  Sagarrao and I am here to raise funds for my friend Rajkumar  who is 32 years old.  Rajkumar  lives with family,  in Karimnagar, Telangana.

Rajkumar  met with an Accident two  days back. he is going for Medication  in Yashodha Hospital Karimnagar, Telangana.

He is so poor family with two children's 

condition was serious in accident he loss his one leg also multiple brain injuries
