Hi,

This is Ajinkya Thete raising funds for my friend Avinash Karad who met with an accident on August 15th.

What exactly happened?

Avinash along with his friend had gone to Kolhapur for a flood relief. He was a part of 18 people group who helped with flood relief for 3 days. Avinash with his 2 friends were returning to pune as they had a Job next day. While on the way they met with an accident near Shirval on Pune Banglore highway. Avinash was severely injured in the accident and lost his left eye completely along with multiple fractures in facial bones.

Avinash is the sole bread earner of the family after the tragic death of his father. His mother has already lost his husband and his son is fighting for his life in ICU.

Avinash has always been a kind person and a good friend. He always cared for the needy. He made a decision to go for the help of Kolhapur flood victims but destiny had something else planned for him.
