My name is Ajay Kumar Palata. I am here to raise funds for my brother Ashok Kumar Palata. He met with a Sevier road accident near Lumini vihar Road at 21/5/2022 near about night 10 o clock. He is currently admitted and receiving medication at Private Hospital (Sum Ultimate medicare), Bhubaneswar, Odisha for the same. His treatment under Dr. Siddhartha Samal(Orthopedic), Dr. Jayant Kumar Das(plastic surgery), Dr. Bana bihari Misra (Cardiologist), Dr. Arun Kumar Ratha (ICU). Mostly his body part damaged like Right side arm, two legs, Chin and neck.
