It was registered under Chhattisgarh Society Registration ACT 1973 (44) with certificate of Registration on 03/07/2015 bearing registration number 5389 of 2015 issued by Dy. Register of Society, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

To impart quality of Skill and higher education and to undertake research and extension with emphasis on application and innovation that cater to the emerging societal needs through all round development of students of all sections enabling them to be globally competitive and socially responsible citizens with intrinsic values.
