    This fundraiser will benefit

    Arifulla Kosgi Family

    from Bengaluru, Karnataka

Dear Friends,

Many of you may have heard that our dear friend & colleague Arifulla Kosgi passed away in a hospital due to cardiac arrest in Singapore on 31st Oct 2021. He is survived by his wife and two children - daughter aged 14 and son 10. We all knew Arif as a sincere, kindhearted, and hardworking individual.

He was supposed to travel back to India the same week to reunite with his family after 9 months when the horrific cardiac arrest struck him. His family didn’t get to spend the last minutes with him and he has remained as just a voice and image for them in last few months.

Many of you have reached out seeking to help given the fact he was the sole breadwinner for his and his extended family. We have been in touch with the family in Bangalore and with the help of some of his close relatives, we have tried assessing the financial position. We came to know from Arif’s family that he had mortgage loan to settle and didn’t possess any personal insurance to cover for his family needs.

Arif had big dreams and plans for his kids, and while he is not around anymore, as his friends and colleagues, we wish to start a fundraiser for his kid’s future.  We appeal to you to contribute generously and help keep the dream alive for his kids’ bright futures.

No amount of support will help the family overcome the loss, but as concerned friends, we request you to support this initiative, so that we can try to build a long-term help for the family.

The funds raised would be deposited directly into bank account of Arif's wife, who would then decide on its suitable expenditure and/or investment for future income generation.  We appeal to you to contribute generously and help keep the dream alive for his kids’ bright future.

Thank you, and please keep Arif and his family in your thoughts.
