We deeply regret to share the sad news of demise of Ashish Kumar, who joined Soprasteria in November 1998 and was a key and a dedicated member of the legal team for almost 23 years.
He was a valued colleague and was appreciated for his calm demeanor and always ready to support attitude.
He contracted COVID and his lungs were critically damaged beyond revival and destiny took its course. Ashish was hospitalized for almost 3 weeks and was treated with plasma and blood therapy however his health continued to decline and he finally succumbed to a cardiac arrest on the evening of 13th May.
He was the sole earning member of his family and is survived by his wife, son and dependent parents. He has huge financial liability of housing loan (not insured) and education expenses for his son. Dishank is a bright student and is in first year of engineering in University (BITS – Pilani).
Archana is a home maker and has no earning source.
For them the pandemic has razed away their sweet home and what is left behind is uncertainties and fear. With a sense of unknown and lack of financial independence they are staring at a scary future.
We look forward for your whole hearted support for his family’s well-being.
Our heartfelt condolences to his family and prayers for him. May his soul rest in peace.
