I have started this crowdfunding campaign to enable myself to give entrance exams for colleges so that I can better the lot for my whole family. My dad makes 7k/mon and now, in lockdown, we're barely getting by.

I completed 12th last year and had to drop a year because I couldn't afford to go to college. Things haven't improved financially, I need 2k to pay for entrance exam of IISER SCB by 31st and I can't arrange it and 2k more for entrance exam of Panjab University by 9 June. Also, my eyes are set on Delhi University but form is not out yet. I don't know how much they will demand.

Dad earned 7k/mon pre-lockdown and mom can't work as she has anaemia, and because of lockdown, we've been reliant on relatives' charity, not to mention under constant thumb of loan sharks (7k/mon amount is net amount after cutting for loan installments).

I got 86% in 12th boards, not a lot, I know. But I'm passionate for doing research in Physics, that's all I know. This is only way I'll be able to better lot for my family. I'm finding internships and freelancing to earn money too but that won't get me money in time to pay for these exams.
