Help Anthony Recover From A Major Accident
Hi,
Anthony muthu is my senior at college. He is married and has two kids (6 & 3). The whole family had been to his native and on the way back he returned in BIKE while the rest of the family came in Bus. He met with an accident. FIR says, he fell on his own and got injured badly. He lost his vision already (one eye) . He has been admitted in Narayana Hrudayalaya for treatment . The estimated amount for the treatment is over 9 lacs. There is still Brain damage and broken bones in the face that needs surgery.
His medical insurance does not seem to cover over 2 lacs. The rest of the amount is what we need help with. Already through friends i have collected about a lac and using it for medical expenses.
Your help here is greatly appreciated. Every penny will make a difference to his LIFE.

Thank you for the support. Anthony Muthu has been moved from Critical unit to Normal ward for healing and recovery. The total billing has reached more than 10 lacs. With most of your valuable help and basic insurance coverage we were able to cover most of the expenses.
We are still asking your help so that he can manage to pay up the rest of the due amount which is around 2 lacs. Also, he will need help with the treatment post discharge from the hospital. Every rupee counts and appreciate all the well wishers.

Thank you for the support. He underwent neurosurgery and facial surgery at Sparsh Hospital after the bike accident; he was kept in ICU from 5/2/19 until 9/2/19 afternoon.
He's now in HDU, he's got fever and infections after surgery and the doctors have increased the antibiotics, taken CT scan for further analysis after which they'll decide on further treatment and removing the oxygen tube from throat. Doctors cannot confirm how long he has to stay in HDU yet.
The hospital bill alone, as of today, is ₹6,52,152.00. With ₹2,25,000.00 already paid, there's still ₹4,27,152.00 due as of today. Apart from this bill, there have been pharmacy-medicine expense of 93,289.00 as of today; they're paid in full.
All that is paid so far, we paid them from the funds you all donated and from what we family and relatives had.
From what Venkatesh Rao (Finance Coordinator at Sparsh) told us, there will be more expenses for treatment hearafter and medication after discharge. The bed charge alone at HDU is about ₹25,000.00 per day and we don't know how long they would keep him there.
