Janardhan is a 8 year old suffering from chronic kidney disease . Like any other normal 8 year old he enjoys reading , writing and playing . He is unable to do so due this debilitating disease and requires frequent hemodialysis and a kidney transplant in the near future .His father who is a daily wage labourer and cannot afford the treatment .
