My name is Ankit Pathak and I am 16 years old suffering from a serious illness called Enthesitis-Related Arthritis (ERA) which is a type of Juvenile arthritis.I lost my father at very early age of life and my family now comprises of myself and my mother who works at Anganwadi for our living. With the meagre earning my mother has been treating me with great difficulty since last 2 years, but we are seeing no relief from the ailment.

In search of better and economical medication, me and my mother visited the CMC Vellore Hospital twice where the doctors have recommended an operation which will cost us about Rs.4,00,000/-. My mother had borrowed ₹ 90,000 for my treatment which is now exhausted in the course of treatment, and we are left with nothing for further treatment or operation.

Through this post I would like to humbly place my appeal to the mass for monetary help to support my treatment. I plead for help for gift of life for self and my widowed mother.I hope that I will receive support from you all to help me fight with this odd situation in life.
