My name is Anagha Kulkarni and I am here to raise funds for my father Anil Tase who is 70 years old. Anil Tase shifted to Pune from Vadodara with his son as his wife died 5 months ago. His married daughter lives in Pune. Anil Tase is not working because of his health problem.

He is currently admitted at Suyog hospital in Pune in ICU as he is suffering from kidney infection and severe pneumomia and until now we've spent around 2,00000 for his treatment.
