My name is Ankush Singh and I am raising funds for my friend - Ashish's father, Anil Kumar Gupta who is suffering from Mucormycosis (Black Fungus - Post Covid Ailment) and is undergoing treatment at Paras HMRI Hospital, Patna.
He is a kidney transplant patient. Since AIIMS Patna doesn't have a nephrology unit we have no options left. We require Liposomal Amphoterecin b injections which are in extreme shortage. If you have any confirmed availability regarding the injection in Patna or nearby please comment here. We will reach out to you.
He has already gone through the surgery, but 10 doses of Liposomal Amphotericin B injection have to be administered to him daily for at-least 20 days, as per the doctor. This injection costs roughly around Rs. 4200/- per unit. The family is currently bearing an approx. expense of Rs. 50,000/- (10 doses of Amphotericin B injections plus hospital charges) on their own, on a daily basis.
The family is doing all it can to collect the amount required for the treatment but more support is required to pay for all the medical expenses. (Roughly Rs.20,00,000)
As the amount required is huge, I request you to kindly contribute towards the treatment and help during this time of need. Each contribution is important no matter how small!
He will be fine soon if the medicines are administered timely post surgery.
Please help us raise this amount by clicking on the donate button and sharing this page with your friends and family.
Government intervention in releasing medicine is much needed. If anyone can help in connecting to higher authority that would be a big help.
We are grateful for your help and wishes.
